TriMark RV Door Pull

TriMark came to Zukun with the request to assist in the development of a new RV door handle with the emphasis on a main stream automotive look. In addition to the RV market the design was to have broad application in other markets, i.e. emergency vehicles, large trucks, etc.

Using existing TriMark functional requirements Zukun developed a series of designs from the ground up. Initial style exploration lead to a series of form study models for evaluation of size, proportions, and ergonomics. Style continued to evolve alongside the development of the production ready data. Final data was released with refined mechanical and mating details, resolved fit, tolerance, interference, and design resolutions for attachments, connectors, and mating details.
