Space Saver High Chair

This high chair booster seat hybrid was designed to be an extension of Fisher Price’s existing family of baby products. The design is targeted towards parents who have space and cost concerns, it is meant to replace the need for a traditional high chair as well as a traditional booster seat.

Zukun explored concepts which featured simple adjustments for seat height, tray height, tray to seat distance, and seat tilt. The underlying theme for all of the concepts was safety; the chair had to be designed so that it would not be top heavy, have the largest footprint possible, and maintain balance and security throughout its range of adjustments.
