The Fisher-Price Happy Songs Coupe is a classic foot to floor addition to their line of outdoor ride-on toys. Fisher Price delivered concept sketches to Zukun for initial part refinement with molding consideration. Zukun was given the goal of creating an injection moldable assembly while maintaining the character and fun seen in the sketch. Proportions and ergonomics were an underlying theme throughtout the refinement ensuring the product is comfortable and familiar for kids. Zukun further developed the concept into data for the building a prototype model.
